New financial services office in Mission Valley looking for a part-time, temp-to-perm Office Manager. Prefer Monday, Wednesday, Friday. During school hours is acceptable.
Detail oriented, process driven, self-starter, positive attitude, welcoming.
Able to work independently for long stretches and put out small fires yourself.
Comfortable speaking up, coming up with ideas, helping to shape the company.
Flexibility in work schedule.
Strong understanding of the need for confidentiality regarding client files.
Typical Administrative duties include filling our forms, faxing, sending packages, sorting mail, scanning, filing, ordering supplies, printing reports before meetings. Also responsible for writing & maintaining the operations manual and maintaining the client database in Microsoft Dynamics.
Client-Facing duties include confirming meetings, giving directions to the office, knowing which clients are expected and being ready to greet them. Also responsible for servicing minor client needs like sending forms, changing addresses, etc.
We would prefer applicants who have other specialized experience like:
Accounting-Maintain Quick Books, track and pay bills, gather receipts, scan & file supporting documents.
Marketing-Social media guru, full design and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Sales-Interest in becoming a solicitor or financial advisor in the future.
