G B Sales has been a leader in the floor and window coverings industries in San Diego since 1959. We are looking for an individual to perform administrative, AR /AP and office support to the CFO and Office Manager. This is a part time position Monday thru Friday, 11AM to 5PM.


-Data Entry of work orders
-Typing, filing and Word Processing
-Preparation of reports including Excel spreadsheets with formulas
-Internet research capabilities
-Process outgoing and incoming mail
-Matching packing slips to purchase orders
-Entering and paying accounts payable
-Strong communication skills required to work with customers, vendors and fellow employees both verbal and written


-Minimum 2 years office experience
-Strong computer/technology skills, ability to learn new software in a timely manner
-Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
along with good problem solving skills
