Accident investigation and report preparation for insurance;
Conducting wage research and surveys;
Assisting Manufacturing in employee relations and safety.
Education: 4-year degree preferred; Human Resources or related disciplines preferred.
2+ years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment;
Experience in employee relations, recruiting, hiring and industrial safety;
Compensation and benefits experience;
Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
