Premier national firm in Los Angeles seeks an enthusiastic IT professional ready for the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing information technology department and become a lead IT professional within a leading firm. The Senior Technical Support Specialist will be called upon to provide expert level knowledge of application support to the firm's staff. The Senior Technical Support Specialist will be a key resource in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical and application issues, primarily with Microsoft Office Suite, iManage Document Management System, and remote connectivity. The Senior Technical Support Specialist is expected to possess good interpersonal and communication skills as the incumbent will interact closely with other IT staff, system vendors, firm staff, and all levels of management.

Experience/Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or College degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relate, is preferred.
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification highly preferred
Minimum 5-8 years' experience of experience in customer service oriented IT position
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, Citrix and VPN
Experience supporting professionals within the legal environment is required
