A new way to exercise!

If you hate to exercise but know that you really should come to our club and learn the sport of Olympic Fencing! When your opponent is coming at you with a sword your adrenaline soars, your heart rate goes crazy and you MOVE! And it feels so good to take that energy and hit your foe with your sword! You get a great workout without ever thinking about how boring the exercises are. You are always moving but you feel like you are doing something. You work one-on-one with our coaches, you are never just part of a big impersonal group. You can work at your own pace or like those that get really hooked, our coaches can press you to excel. And fencing is one of the safest sports around. We have fencers as young as 6 and as old as 66, men and women, boys and girls. Fencing is great for anyone!

Come try us out! Our introductory class is Monday or Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:15pm .

Once you find you love this way to exercise (and stab other people in the process) you can join our regulars almost any evening during the week.
