Costa Mesa based company seeking reliable, self-motivated Accounting/Admin Assistant for full time (8am-5pm) position. Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting with excellent references.

Duties Include:
Customer invoicing
Answering office phones
Assisting Accounting Manager regularly with projects
Provide Customers with Invoice Breakdowns
Tracking Office Expenses
Credit Card Reconciliation
Daily Deposits Input
Accounts Receivable/Billing & Collections
Assist with all aspects of Accounting Dept
Follow up with technicians on job details

Advanced computer skills in Accounting, Microsoft Word, Excel
