Charming cottage in the very desirable Bush Park neighborhood. Walk to downtown, the Capitol, hospital, Willamette University and Bush Park. Sleeping loft, kitchenette, living room and huge yard. Bathroom is located in main house (20 feet away). Cottage is fully furnished, including linens, dishes, etc. Rent is $895 for one month, with reduced rent negotiated for more than one one month. Month-to-month lease.

The Space offers a truly unique experience: fairytale cottage, colorful artwork, dreamy sleeping loft with comfy queen bed, cozy living room and kitchenette on ground floor. Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, teas, snacks, dishes, etc. Living room includes TV, DVD player and HDMI cable to hook your laptop to TV. The grounds offer an outdoor eating area, large lawn with badminton, volleyball and croquet available, and several seating options to relax and enjoy a book or conversation.

**PLEASE READ! ** Important items of note:
1) The cottage has everything but a toilet and shower, which are in the main house, about 20 feet away.
2) The bed is in the sleeping loft and is accessed by a sturdy rolling ladder.
3) We have two loving, rambunctious dogs who we exercise heavily to work off their enormous energy. Dogs do not have access to the cottage or the lawn in front of the cottage.
4) Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me with your scenario.

The cottage is situated alongside our main house. In addition to using the house bathrooms, guests are welcome to cook in our gourmet kitchen, snuggle in front of the fireplace in the living room (although you might not want to leave the cottage at all!). Outside there is a huge yard with a large terrace and an outdoor fireplace.

The Bush Park neighborhood is very desirable because of its central, quiet location, historic homes, parks, sidewalks, and running/walking/biking trails, We are walking distance to the Capitol, Willamette University, Salem Hospital and downtown, and a short drive to Willamette Valley's famous wineries and the stunning 900 acre Minto-Brown Island Park.

This is an extremely walkable neighborhood, we have bikes you can borrow, and the bus stop is just a few blocks away with buses arriving every 15 minutes. The train is a short drive away and we'll gladly pick you up at the station if needed.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, please call me to discuss.
