Comfort Keepers, a fast growing, independently owned and operated, nonmedical in-home care agency is seeking an External Client Care Manager (ECCM) to work under the general supervision of the General Manager/Owners. The ECCM is responsible for all areas of client care, including interacting with clients, clients' families, and caregivers working with clients; intake; initial assessments; reassessments; client satisfaction and caregiver satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands required. Experience in this industry preferred. Be a part of a team who makes a difference everyday in the lives of the people we serve. Essential Functions will cover: Phone and face to face client interactions/assessments; Input in regards to Scheduling/Matching caregiver skills and experiences with clients' needs; Managing issues with clients and caregivers as they arise; Strong account and relationship management experience. Participation in on-call rotation required. We are looking for compassionate people first, in addition to the following knowledge, skill set and abilities.

Daily tracking and communication of prospective clients.

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able and comfortable presenting in small group settings.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and time management imperative.
Ability to provide great service as well as ask for business quickly.
Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Ability to have difficult conversations with clients and/or caregivers as needed when delicate situations occur.
