We are looking for an enthusiastic "Energizer Bunny" who is professional, warm and friendly, and communicates well with all kinds of people. We want someone who will stay with us long-term and contribute toward our group goals. Must love helping people, be comfortable around people in pain, and have excellent communication skills on the phone and in person. Excellent Administrative skills are a must. Recent work experience in a chiropractic office environment with excellent references from them will get preference. Experience and excellent references from a fast paced customer-service type office environment will be considered.
We are a dedicated, goal-oriented team of health professionals looking for a special team player who is accountable and can work responsibly with Chiropractic doctors and fellow team members. This is not a "clock-puncher" position. This is a full-time, long-term position, and requires some evening hours and Saturdays. Pay is commensurate with experience, and there will be a training/probationary period before a full-time contract is signed. Mandatory lunch staff meetings once a week, and mandatory staff training seminars are four Saturdays a year.

-Experience in a chiropractic clinic (preferably high-volume). Related experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service office environment will be considered.
-Comfortable and experienced with accounts receivable in a front desk environment.
-Must work very well under pressure and not be shy or shaken by change or many things going on at once.
-Extremely cheerful and professional on the phone and in person. No drama, no distractions. Capable of performing at a high level of customer service.
-Warm and caring personality with motivation, confidence, and a take charge attitude.
-Focus and flawless attention to detail while multiple tasks at once.
-Ability to communicate clearly, enthusiastically, and professionally on the phone and in person.
-Comfortable with sales closing.
-Punctual, responsible, prepared, and eager to learn.
-Can receive training and correction easily from superiors and co-workers.
-Health-oriented and no outside conflicts which would interfere with work schedule, as in college schedule, other training, etc.
-Conversational Spanish preferred.
Brief Summary of Duties:
Front desk phone and administrative management, scheduling appointment system, handle inquiries, keep track of patient information and follow ups, coordinate doctors, run reports, rescheduling, administrative programs and protocols, correspondence. Some community involvement at fairs, events, etc, throughout the year. More duties will be discussed in interview if selected.
Pay is commensurate with experience, although we do have a salary cap on this position. Salary is lower during training/probationary period and will go up upon signing a full-time contract. This position is salary plus production bonuses.
