Clinical Supervisor in the Walnut Creek/Concord/Pittsburg area! We offer an excellent salary with a generous benefits package.
Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:
Must possess a Master's degree in psychology, or a closely related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of ABA; preference for those working towards the BCBA credential
Works well on a team, is fun, engaging, supervises in a positive and collaborative manner; we strive to not be a hierarchical agency, but one centered on thoughtfulness, positivity, collaboration, and effective communication.
Bilingual Spanish: not a requirement, but a huge plus for us!
Supervise 1:1 behavioral therapists weekly and provide training to parents
Conduct initial assessments in conjunction with the BCBA and design the child's specific curriculum based on results of assessment
Update and design data sheets
Write progress reports in conjunction with the BCBA
Train new staff and provide on-going trainings
What we offer:
Salary of $60,000/year starting
Mileage reimbursement stipend
5 weeks paid time off, inclusive of major holidays
Yearly stipend for training
BCBA supervision of hours needed to sit for exam
HUGE potential to become a clinical director in our company w/the BCBA credential, as we prefer to hire within our agency!
Direct ABA therapist: Hayward/Oakland areas
Must have a BA/BS degree in psychology or a closely related field (e.g. social work, education, etc.)
Minimum 6 months of ABA experience working with children on the autism spectrum. We will provide on-going training but this is not an entry level position
Must be energetic, reliable, caring, and have means of transportation with a clean driving record
Collect daily data and graph results, and implement positive behavioral supports developed by supervisors/BCBAs
Facilitate social skill "play dates"
Work directly with families to teach programs, integrate siblings into sessions, work within the home and community settings
Huge growth potential to become a supervisor within our company!
We also provide excellent supervision from MA level Clinical Supervisors and BCBAs (we encourage our therapists to take BCBA/BCaBA classes and supervise hours as we love to promote from within our company!)
