Foothill Community Health Center is seeking a highly qualified Dental Clinic Manager with past Dental Clinic Managerial Experience.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Hire, coach, supervise and evaluate staff, sustained productivity, and financial solvency of clinical and educational programs and associated services within their area.
Serve as a resource to Managers and maintain a close working knowledge of community issues and center and program operations regarding visits, service and financial trends, quality assurance issues and customer satisfaction. Support Managers in effectively managing opportunities in these areas.
Assure effective implementation and maintenance of internal marketing measures, client satisfaction, client access, client retention, and outcomes evaluation.
Work with Medical Director, the Associate VP of Quality Management, VP of Teen Services, and other Services Division resource staff to assure that clinical, educational, and outreach services are delivered in manner that is consistent with agency policies, priorities and goals.
Promote identification of needs and problem solving within and between area operations and other departments. Identify areas to integrate and improve program management, clinic operations and systems.
Assure that Managers effectively manage their financial resources, including administration of clinic, education, outreach, expanded services and program budgets. Assure that financial, service statistics and billing data are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop and manage area budget for Services Department (including Health Centers, expanded services, educational programs and outreach) as part of the affiliate budget process.
Oversee implementation of multiple projects/programs within the area. Assures that relationships with area funders, collaborative partners, school districts or other community representatives are developed and maintained to support services, referrals and programs.
Develop area strategic and operational plans in conjunction with Managers and other department representatives and resources. Assist Managers in developing and implementing these plans within their communities and sites.
Work with training staff and other departments to ensure that staff is trained and in compliance with affiliate and regulatory requirements.
Contribute as a member of the Services Division Management team, and contribute to affiliate wide initiatives to improve the delivery and quality of services.
Experienced manager with strong knowledge of community clinic operations.
5-10 years exp. of successful management execution of multiple health centers required.
Strong business performance and people skills/results
B.S or M.A degree.
