We are a rapidly growing company in the consumer packaged goods industry seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join its growing team. This position is ideal for someone that can handle a variety of tasks, be well organized and enjoys working in a team environment.

Duties:
Assists with daily entry of Accounts Payable, researching any problems
Assists with posting payments and charge backs to Accounts Receivable and collections as necessary
Will serve as a back up to the Customer Service position as needed
Will assist with new customer order entry and invoicing as needed as well as any customs documentation
Will support Supply Chain with purchase orders and item receipts
Will support People Operations with administrative functions and serve as a backup for payroll as needed
Support Marketing as needed with projects and/or mailings

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years minimum office experience
Associate degree in Finance or Business
Knowledge of Quick books software.
Valid driver's license & your own reliable transportation
Social Security Card or authorization to work in the United States
