Looking for an Office Manager in the Southside area. Ideal candidate must be customer service friendly, have management and recruitment experience, and proficient in all aspects of Quick Books.
You will be responsible for helping with bookkeeping requirements, reporting, HR, and overall management our small business. You will be responsible for overseeing the internal staffing needs and making sure all staff are on task.
This position also handles the customer service, telephone and email interactions with all clients. You will be responsible for estimating potential jobs, scheduling them correctly, billing/invoicing them, collecting and following up for payment and all high value client interaction from Start to finish.
A successful candidate will be a self starter, tech savvy, very organized and able to coordinate and manage multiple and complicated jobs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
