SunPro Supply is seeking an office manager to support daily business operations. The office manager will report to the co-owner who will assist in managing service, deliver schedules and accounting including typical activities managing the phones, faxes, email and service requests.
The ideal office manager will be a self-starter, experienced professional who understands small business operations and can take the lead on the "art of the possible." SunPro has been growing and the owners need to offload daily business activities in order to take the business to the next level.
The ideal candidate will:
Self-starter, innovative thinker who can identify ways to manage and improve office operations
Have the ability to work with the service staff in a garage-like atmosphere
Have the ability to quickly navigate internet-based software services (Quickbooks Online, Constant Contact or similar)
Have extensive experience in modern office technology, desktop applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat) and leveraging mobile phone apps (e.g., moving digital fax PDFs to email)
Have experience in managing service schedules including basic route planning
Have a basic understanding of and managing customer invoicing and accounts receivable/payable
