Take responsibility for the smooth running of our dynamic consulting firm office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. You will have the ability to implement new procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of the office. This is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation skills, and office management experience. You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills. FT and PT hours available and we are flexible as well as long as the duties are completed.

Full cycle Accounts Receivable including Collections and Billing.
Full cycle Accounts Payable.
Bank reconciliations and record keeping.
Financial Monthly Reports preparation for the principals of the company.
Payroll for 10+ employees including 1099s and tax reporting. (This is outsourced, thus just the prep, depositions and coordination is necessary.)
The best candidate for this excellent opportunity is very analytical, organized, and motivated. Individual must be able to multi task and complete projects timely.
Requirements for this position:
College degree is preferred but not required.
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is preferred.
