Client Services Managers will work under a Client Services Director on large/strategic account as part of a project management team. Client Services Directors will have overall responsibility for all project work, and Client Services Managers will manage programs for a line of business(s) with a focus to deliver results to the client and to generate long term client satisfaction. They will be responsible for ensuring client deliverables are accurate, on time and within budget parameters. Client Services Managers will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery and on-going client relations during the project.
Client Services Manager activities will include:
During the work winning process:
- Involved in providing content and information for pitches, providing examples of previous work and estimates of costs -- as well as participating in all pitch meetings, both internal and with the client -- on smaller engagements
Once a project has been sold and is initiated:
- Writing the project scope/specifications, designing the project structure and timelines, and processing project set-up admin
Once a project is ongoing:
- Delivering the project cost-efficiently, on-time and within the agreed budget
- Acting as the first point of contact for client (on smaller engagements)
- Producing progress updates and reports both internally and to the client
- Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
- Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
At the end of a project:
- Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports

Essential Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Responsible for project output in accordance with the agreed SOWs, timelines and budgets
- Delivering accurate staffing cost estimates to Costing group
- Liaising with COE leaders to formulate approach for project execution and liaising with COE leaders and Sales to provide input for client pitches
- Identification of account growth opportunities

Leadership and Management:
- Management of COE teams to project timelines and output expectations

- College Degree Preferred
- Good working knowledge of the business, particularly in Project Management/Client Services activities (minimum 3 years experience)
- Experience with managing a client account
- Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies
- Financial Services experience a plus
- Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
- Broad understanding / working knowledge across a broad range of service lines
- Knowledge Project Management techniques is advantageous
