In an office nestled in the Arboretum with a beautiful view, there is a team of driven and fun people looking for your ambition and positive energy to join us as we continue to grow.We are looking for a self proclaimed techie with brilliant people skills and a knack for solving technical issues. We love our customers and our customers will love you because of your ability to maintain focus and ability to troubleshoot efficiently. Under minimal supervision, you will provide technical software and hardware resolution to customers by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions in a ticket tracking environment. You will clearly communicate, keeping customers informed of progress throughout the life-cycle of all requests.Responsibilities: Accurately troubleshoot issues for customers with style, speed and skill via phone, e-mail and help desk. Exceed end-user expectations by creating incredible customer experiences with each interaction. Manage RMA process for repairs, exchanges and returns as necessary. Develop and maintain knowledge base and FAQ lists for end users. Alert management to emerging trends in incidents. Additional projects and office support as needed.Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 1+ years of customer service experience.You have a passion for technology and attention to detail.High school diploma or equivalent required. Fantastic communication skills and current customer service experience is necessary. Exposure to troubleshooting Windows and Mac.Preferred Experience:
Incident ReportingExperience in multi operating systems Windows, Linux, UNIX, or Mac OS.Experience in Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Chrome.About Das Keyboard:
