I can work with you personally in an effective program to gradually and permanently lose weight. My program progresses through four phases:
*Honesty: Monitoring what you eat and understanding the consequences of obesity.
*Knowledge: Learning what hurts you and what can help you.
*Exercise: Cardio routines which begin with 3 minute walking sessions.
*Diet: The focus is on eating more of the right things rather than just eliminating the wrong things.
I monitor your progress and give you weekly assignments. You'll realize significant success
even in the first three weeks.
These things are NOT a part of my program:
*This is not a "quick weight-loss" program
*We do not set calorie limits
*We do not use strict, low-calorie menus
*We do not require exercising to burn off calories
