We are a FINRA Registered Broker/Dealer and SEC Registered Investment Advisor providing investment advice on over $2 billion in assets under administration. Additionally, we provide third party asset management service to independent advisors. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:? Maintains company-wide Associate Handbook for multiple states in accordance with stated corporate objectives and individual state and federal legal requirements.? Manages recruiting & hiring processes, including any related vendor relationships and the Company’s internship program.? Administers employee recognition and enrichment programs including performance incentives, quarterly employee appreciation events, and health and wellness initiatives.? Coordinates employee training program with Compliance and Operations management.? Works with Accounting group to administer employee benefit renewals and compensation changes.? Manages company-wide annual review and compensation review processes.? Works with supervisors and employees to resolve conflicts and employee performance issues.? Stays up to date on laws and best practices across multiple states to ensure all human resource policies and programs are competitive and that they minimize litigation risk.REQUIREMENTS:? Bachelor's degree? Five years related experience.? Thorough understanding of human resources principles and practices, including employment law, Affirmative Action, and EEO compliance.? Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.? Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
