**Position is Entry Level with full paid training**
Responsibilities will include:
Assist recruiters in all phases of the recruiting process in placing direct hire and contract candidates.
Conduct reference checks on candidates.
Perform prescreens to identify and qualify potential candidates for recruiters.
Compose and post new job orders to various internet websites.
Prepare and continuously manage the paperwork for on boarding of all new consultants.
Book travel arrangements for all traveling consultants.
1+ year previous experience supporting upper level management.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong sense of urgency.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Previous marketing experience a plus.
