Brand new -- never installed. When I built my house, I ordered the wrong size vanity and the company wouldn't take it back. Originally cost me $1250.

While technically a 48" vanity, the actual measure is 51" wide (from edge to edge of the countertop) and about 24" from front to back. The top is a high gloss/glaze. The sink opening is 17 3/4 x 12 1/2".

The top drawer is a false front and not designed top open. Comes with a wooden backsplash piece. Note that the left side is unfinished, so it's meant to butt up against a left side wall.

The only issue that I just noticed while taking the pictures is that the sides of the doors have expanded a bit (humidity I guess?), so where the side piece joins with the top piece it isn't perfectly flush. You can see this in the close-up picture. The hinges could use a bit of adjustment too as both doors need to be closed at once right now.
