We are a small business looking for a full-time office assistant/cashier. Job applicant must be self-motivated, reliable and detail oriented.
* Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher, Access
* You will be responding to and sending e-mails- Experience with Constant Contact a plus!
* Excellent Phone Skills- Answering phones, fielding calls and taking messages for the sales and repair department
* Checking in sewing machines and vacuum cleaners for repair
* Ordering parts, notions and stock items for customers, repairs and the store.
* Must be comfortable with website updating and emails
* Excellent customer service and inner-office skills
Job applicant MUST be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
You will be required to work Saturdays from 10am-3pm and Weekdays (with one day off) from 9:30am-5pm.
