Position involves supporting a manager and or team, being familiar with W, Excel, PP, and Outlook. Calendar mgmt, work orders, T & E's, travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting packets, helping with presentations when assigned.
5+ years prior experience performing admin functions, such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, etc. Experience in communicating with all levels of management. Includes previous experience with specialized computer software including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Temporary position for 3 months
