At DXL we are looking for focused and driven individual's to work as Guest Service Associate's, Key Holders and Wardrobe Consultant's in our Long Island stores, DXL is the leading XL Male retailer in the US with a proven track record of growth and success. Our Guest Service Associate`s, Key Holders & Wardrobe Consultant`s positions provide an opportunity to grow and prosper in our exciting and expanding environment.
Sales associates will be responsible for driving store performance and for building an unparalleled reputation for customer service. we're looking for energetic, proactive team members with excellent communication skills and a desire to grow within our company.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS,
-The ability to work within a team environment as well as independently,
-The drive to provide the best possible experience for customers,
-The ability to style clients with knowledge of trends and fit,
- Expertise on product knowledge. understanding features and benefits and sharing with clients,
- The desire to meet or exceed sales and loyalty goals,
-Excellent communication skills,
-Basic computer skills.
-You will build and sustain long term relationships with customers as you work to create a sales environment that enhances the buying experience. You will be responsible for demonstrating detailed knowledge of all products and services as well as helping to drive sales and profitability.
-Achieving individual goals and assisting Management in ensuring the store meets its sales plan.
-Implementing all visual merchandising standards and operational direction
-Ensuring that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleanliness, marketing, signage and promotions
-Helping create merchandise presentations and displays that have impact, are customer focused and maximize sales
-Welcoming each customer into the store in a warm and genuinely sincere manner
-Spending the appropriate quality time with the customer, asking questions in order to learn about his/her needs, preferences and lifestyle
-Going above and beyond the customer's initial requests and assisting in fulfilling his/her wardrobe needs by recommending complete outfits
-Connecting each customer to the brand by engaging him/her in our loyalty program, and turning them into DXLG "fans" by encouraging return visits
