We are a Private Duty In-home Care company in the greater Long Beach. Our Team is made up of professionals that care for the elderly in their home or assist in transitioning them to a more suitable living environment. We are currently looking to add a Staffing Coordinator to share in our efforts of providing quality in-home care.

Qualifications:
-Must have at least a high school education and be 20 years old or older.
-Must have 1 year experience in staffing/scheduling a minimum of 40 employees.
-Must have a driver's license in the state of California and a valid Social Security number.
-Must be able to drive and have own vehicle.
-Must have effective communication skills, be flexible, and have the ability to guide others.
-Computer knowledge and experience is necessary.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

*Identifying needs of clients and schedule appropriate personnel.
*Work "on call" for scheduling substitutions and new cases during the hours the office is closed.
*Work "on call" for staffing on a rotating schedule.
*Interview, screen, and test all applicants.
*Assist in distributing necessary paperwork to employees and confirming all hours worked.
*Communicate effectively with employees for scheduling needs and client preferences/needs.
*Be knowledgeable of agency services, service fees, and client base.
*Assist with client errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, transporting to appointments, etc.
*Maintain up-to-date client records in an organized manner.
*Able to receive new inquiries for service and referrals.
