We have an immediate opening for Call Center Representative who will ultimately function as a liaison between Children's Dental Group and our patients to ensure total patient satisfaction. Responsibilities for the position include scheduling treatment and consultations, confirming appointments, answering heavy inbound calls for multiple offices, and making sure that our patients have the BEST possible experience!

The successful applicant will have a superior sense of customer service and exceptional communication skills. You must be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Our ideal candidate should have a helpful and positive attitude toward our patients and possess enthusiasm in order to help promote our vision and grow our practice! Additionally, you must:
Possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Dental or Ortho experience is a plus, but is not required if you are a fast learner
Have at least one year call center, front desk, or customer service experience
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Bilingual with Spanish and English
Must be available to work Saturdays
