HOME DEPOT IS HIRING PERMANENT PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK ASSOCIATES

Service Desk associates are responsible for ensuring that customer phone calls and transactions are handled quickly and accurately. They interact with Customers and Associates over the phone and/or in store, to ensure that excellent customer service is achieved. They are available to answer customer calls to the store, respond to general questions, find customers the proper associates to assist as needed, set expectations, facilitate will call pick-ups and resolve any issues that arise.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be well versed on computers and learning in a fast paced environment
Cashier experience preferred
Must complete and pass the 20-30 minute assessment
Must be available to work at least ONE 8hr shift on a weekend day

Computers are available at our store for all applicants.
