Growing Professional Restoration Company is looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to help answer phones, deliver messages, and perform office tasks. Additional duties will include appointment scheduling, billing, daily computer input, and general office duties. Good typing skills and efficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Must have reliable transportation. Willing to train the right person. Our industry is continually changing and will be trained on handling new tasks as needed. This position is part time 25 hours weekly 9:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday with occasional increase to 30 hours.
