Job Description Summary
The Foreman is responsible on site job coordination and management. The Foreman will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure jobs are delivered in a professional manner and are on time and on budget. The Foreman communicates directly with customers, employees and subcontractors. The Foreman is responsible for managing installation work orders and job site check lists to ensure job completion. The Foreman coordinates with the Project Manager regarding job materials, supplies and equipment.
The Foreman reports directly to the Project Manager.

Education and Experience
Four-year college degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, custom electronics, telecommunications or computer networking. Proficient with desktop computer software such as email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Visio. Demonstrated experience leading small teams of 2-5 people.
Organizational and Time Management Skills
Self directed individual. Ability to management installation timeline, work orders and budget. Ability to manage projects and customers at various stages of the project life cycle. Ability to manage small teams of employees and subcontractors.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret installation manuals, processes and procedures. Ability to maintain project schedules, reports, job site checklists and work orders. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers and customers. Spanish speaking a plus.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, deal with several abstract and concrete variables and apply previous experience to solve problems.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
Valid Colorado Driver's License
CTS and CTS-I or CEDIA Level 1 and Level 2 Certification Preferred
