I'd love to trade a full house full of furnishings w you in Surprise, AZ. You in turn would rent my house & take all my furnishings in Vallejo, CA.

I think Peoria, Goodyear, Gardner, Laveen, woud be okay too----but then what do I know, I've never been there!? LOL :-D

The home I rent in Vallejo, CA, is dedicated by me as a "forever Christmas"* house with over 1240 sq ft for optimum hospitality. It has a very open floor plan. 2 big bedrooms w ample closets, 1 full bathroom w hand held shower wand & opaque glass bathroom window that slides open and also has a screen as do all the other windows. Hardwood flooring in a medium color, off white tile w gold highlights, shiny black granite counters, high faucet in kitchen w fancy sprayer head. There is a designated laundry (washer & dryer are older Kenmore which I bought) and stand-up-under-the-house enclosed lighted storage. Gas range w self-cleaning oven belongs to house as does fridge. A HUMONGOUS fenced back yard. An architecturally pleasing attached peaked roof with a 2-car carport. The house is khaki green with a Christmas Red front door. Interior is off-white.Windows are brand new double pane, easy glide w blinds & screens on all. Easy walking distance to shopping, church, school, downtown, bus. Bus service to BART or Ferry direct to Fisherman's Wharf. The capital of CA, Sacramento, is just a little more than 1 hr away.

Rents here are generally outlandishly high in the Bay area & way more than in AZ. But this house is just $1250/mo. You pay water, garbage, power. Yard care & sewer are included in the rent. Included range is gas, as is wall heat. I spend about $150 or less per month for all utilities.

What could stay:

Queen-size sofa bed in deep red velvet plus matching loveseat
2 green rocker/swivel chairs
Expandable dining room table seats up to 10 w 2 leaves & 6 chairs (2 w arms)
Red Oak stained, hand lathed spindle round pedestal table (42")
1000 watt microwave oven. 1.1 cu ft. Nearly New Magic Chef.
5 shelf white laminate bookshelf 72"
2 china hutches--1 antiqued off-white w mirrors & glass top is all one piece, the other is 2 pieces medium brown wood w glass in top, drawers & cupboard in base--both have lights.
A pole lamp w 2 lights: silvertone & white.
Red & black flexible floor lamp.
2 large Asian-style lamps white ceramic w red cherry blossom design
2 white & gold cherub lamps
1 deep red ceramic lamp w shade
2 faux marble (grey/white) end tables
1 round drop leaf coffee table
2 white laminate nightstands
1 cat house/litterbox nightstand/endtable
1 ivory color antique nightstand
1 blue lazyboy recliner
1 green electric stand-up lift recliner.
Heavy deep tall 6 drawer dresser
Ivory colored 6 drawer wide and low dresser with mirror
1 huge dark green area rug
1 round red floral rug
1 black kitchen foot comfort mat
Red dish drainer
16 place setting 176 piece Christmas dinnerware set (glass tumblers, bowls, coffee cups & saucers, plates, dessert plates, flatware)
plus other Christmas everyday dishes & servingware
Cuisenart stovetop pans
Orgreenic & Eco oven pans
Outdoor and indoor Christmas decor & lights abound!
I'd also leave electric fans, broom, mop, vacuum, stepstool, etc.

If you had to replace all that I'd leave you, it would be well over $15,000. It all belongs to me, NOT the owner of the house so when you moved you could take it or sell it.

Minimum 1000 sq ft, rentable, or lease with section 8 housing voucher accepted at under $1311/mo. All on one level a must!

If you swap with my place fully furnished, then your space should also be fully furnished with at least the equivalent in worth to mine---vacuum, broom, mop, dishes, pans, beds, sofa, lamps, etc. I'd have to like the looks (generally dislike clutter, fru-fru, dark colors, heavy furniture, vinyl or leather.) and be able to do with the stuff as I pleased.

I'd PREFER* 2 or 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (or 1 3/4 or even 1 1/2) w side by side fridge w working water/ice door, smooth top range w self cleaning oven, A/C, washer/dryer, hard floors, all on one level.

I'm surrendering my "Forever Christmas" home & thinking of finding a "Forever Easter" one next. Ideas?

In order of preference, I'd rent a house, duplex, cottage, mother-in-law home, condo, or apartment.

I have given notice to be gone the morning of Sept 6th, 2015. I have a temporary home arranged in Tempe & several leads for late Sept or early Oct to rent in Maricopa County with the help of Maricopa County Housing Authority.

You will still have to apply & be approved to rent but if you want to have the placefull, you will not have to wait to move in and you pay $1100 of the deposit to me. (all legal & on paper of course!)

I am very open to creatively working all sorts of possible trade situations and timelines.

Please do not text me. Please DO call or email. Thanks, Joy

I can send you a slow 10 minute boring narrated video of my living room looking into the kitchen as currently decorated in a Christmas everyday theme. I can also send other pics upon request.
