Office in the CBD is looking for a new full-time team member to provide experienced bookkeeping/accounting and administrative support to several small businesses. Candidate must have extensive experience with Quickbooks and daily bank reconciliations, and must be able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Accounts payable
-Sales Taxes
-Daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
-Financial reports (P&Ls/Balance Sheets)
-Administrative support

- 2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Professional writing and verbal communication skills
- Pays superior attention to detail
