I run my own apparel company (with a focus on fan inspired sports gear). Big plus if you're a sports fan! Ideally I could clone myself, but since that isn't going to happen. I'm looking for a personal assistant. Not a secretary or a receptionist. I need a personal assistant, basically a Jill of all trades that can compliment my skills with unique skills of her own. I'm looking for someone to grow with that I mentor, is upbeat, has a positive attitude, is attentive, and can go with the flow. This is the apparel industry, we do network and work events so a neat, fit, and clean appearance is paramount.

As my PA responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
***Newsletter management (Infusionsoft)
***Ecommerce management + EBay + Etsy
***Organizing inventory (if you're a neat freak/OCD, that's a plus).
*Shipping of online sales
*Customer Service
*Social Media Management

Additional tasks would be:
Events, Networking, Promo Model shoots, Contest facilitation, etc. . .

Availability is important. Most of the work will be during the week (morning/afternoon) 15-25 hours a week. During football season we host watching parties, your presence will be required.

As far as compensation goes, a training period with a base of $10-12/hour to start will be in place until the person can show proper aptitude in the six core duties listed above. How long that lasts (typically 2-4 weeks) depends on the person's ability to fully integrate. Position has considerable upside for a person willing to do whatever it takes, and can reach up to $20/hour.
