Prospective applicant must be reliable, honest, willing to work, pleasant with people, be detail-oriented and well organized. Must be comfortable dealing with patients even if they are unhappy. Will sometimes require assistance with wheel chair transfers. Includes sterilization of office equipment and understanding of sterile technique. Assist with surgical procedures. X-Ray certification desirable but not required. May assist with fabrication of arch supports using table top grinder and dremel. Training will be done on the job.
Responsibilities will also include answering multi-line telephone, appointment scheduling, patient information data entry, general office duties, record maintenance, handling payments, insurance billing as backup for other staff
Will include general janitorial work, including vacuuming, and detailed cleaning of exam rooms, waiting room and restrooms.

Spanish language skills a plus but not required to act as interpreter for patients who do not speak English.

Need 30-40 hours per week immediately, and over long term may be full or part time.
