Mile High Mobile Truck Repair is a small growing truck repair company looking for an Office Administrator to work M-F 10-6. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who is motivated to learn. Description:
-Organize repair paperwork.
-Enter vendor invoices and set up parts/inventory items in QuickBooks.
-Edit/proofread repair orders written by our mechanics.
-Help to organize service schedule.
-Communicate status of jobs with clients.
-Answer phones and requests by clients.
-Help manage inventory and parts.

Qualifications:
-2 - 5 years office experience in the repair industry preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
-Excellent organization skills are required!
-Comfortable with computer work, internet, email etc.
-Experience with QuickBooks
-Automotive/heavy duty repair industry experience a plus
-Strong Microsoft Office skills
-Experience troubleshooting minor computer/printer problems
