This position is open only to those who are capable of performing challenging tasks under rigid deadlines. Position is full time/40 hrs per week.
Employee will perform a variety of office needs including tracking all contracts and change orders; complying with all insurance and other contractual requirements; preparing letters and other correspondence with internal and external customers; along with other office related duties. This position also provides backup assistance to the Company Secretary/Receptionist, including preparing formal proposals; receive and distribute incoming phone calls; distribute mail; updating company policies; and other secretarial/reception type duties.
$17.00-$18.00 per hour plus a great benefits package.
Minimum of two years secretarial type experience
Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Advanced experience with PDF software
Proficient in general computer and internet usage
Can multitask and efficiently switch job roles at a moment's notice
Organized, motivated and reliable
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member to support the company goals
Be detail oriented, dependable, and willing to apply yourself 100% everyday
