Fast paced, statewide distribution company is looking for a great self-starter to join our team. Our company manages perishable inventory in retail grocers and clubs throughout the state.
Daily responsibilities include:
-Run computer program and review inter island orders
-Process orders and prepare paperwork in excel-format
-Communicate with operations managers
-Coordinate logistics with shipping companies
-Review weekly and monthly sales data, looking for trends, spikes & fluctuations
-Reconcile daily inventory counts of selected items
-Must be highly proficient with excel and outlook
-Self starter; Independent worker
-Strong analytical skills
-Comfortable working in the grey & forecasting
-Ability to meet tight deadlines independently
We offer competitive pay and great benefits. This is a full time hourly position; office hours range between 7:00 am -- 5:00 pm, some weekend hours required.
