Position Profile:

The main function of an Executive Sales Representative / E-Discovery Specialist is to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with clients. They are also responsible for making repeat sales to their employer's existing customers. The candidate is specifically responsible for the strategic marketing and sales of eDiscovery products and other electronic services within a defined territory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with client to set up projects, job turnaround estimates, and job specifications.
Continuously monitor multiple projects and jobs within each department to ensure deadlines are met.
Work closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities.
Communicates frequently with client to resolve issues and provide status updates according to the client's needs. Manage client expectations throughout the life of a project.
Ensure jobs are completed according to client, industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are adhered to.
Interact with clients to develop strong client relations.
Primary responsibility is developing new eDiscovery business through prospecting, developing, closing for any law firms associated with the corporate account in order to meet the corporate client's expectations for service delivery.
Schedule client introduction, meetings, and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to strategically win new business.
Entering client data into a CRM system and leveraging the system to generate additional contacts and sales.
When required, data pick-ups and deliveries to clients within defined list of accounts.

Background and Experience:

Requires four-year college degree or equivalent experience in legal services.
Requires at least two years in litigation sales or equivalent previous outside business-to-business sales experience.
Worked as part of a multi-functional team, with proven team player experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Professional Demeanor, proven interpersonal, organizational, analytical and excellent communication skills.
Strong documentation, information analysis, ability to follow directions and excellent follow-up skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
