Position Overview
Responsible for supporting the company's sales goals through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing sales coverage.

This position provides customer service for our clients in a small call center environment. Calls are logged into a CRM system. Applicants must have excellent computer skills, be detailed in note taking, data entry and phone skills. We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in our industry. This is a full-time position, with benefits after probationary period.

This position works closely with both our sales team and warehouse team. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) would be helpful but is not required. 10-key by touch and 45 wpm typing skills are needed for this position.
