An established Allstate Agency in Vancouver, WA is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to work with new and existing customers. Our focus is on the customer, helping them protect their family, home, car, and more. Overall Responsibility:

Build, manage, and maintain customer accounts through excellent customer care, professional sales processes and thorough follow up.

Duties include:

Answer multiple phone lines
Service existing accounts
Assist sales and referral marketing
Prepare and conduct customer protection reviews
Ongoing customer service

Position requirements:

Must be fluent and capable with Microsoft Office
At least six months of sales experience
Associates or 4 year degree preferred
Strong selling aptitude
Focus on building long term customer relationships
Property & Casualty and Life Insurance license (will help with this)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
