About the position:
Work for the leading marketer, developer, and manufacturer of branded health and fitness products, Nautilus, who are changing the game in exercise and they need you on their team to do this.
Currently we have 16 openings starting Monday 8/24 for a Customer Service Inbound Call Center here in Vancouver, WA at Nautilis Inc. 12 of these positions are evaluation to hire.

Problem resolution and developing alternative solutions in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and answer technical questions
Addressing complaints and answering general inquires requiring research for ensuring timely and accurate customer order fulfillment, shipping and billing error problem resolutions
Responding to internal and external customer inquiries
Sales retention
UPS tracking, rush order requests, and credit issues among a variety of other requests
Issuing appropriate customer correspondence (paper, telephone, and e-mail)
Occasional overtime due to business needs may be required during the year, on evening and weekends
Shift and schedule changes may be required based on business
All employees are expected to perform reasonable work requested that falls within the qualifications but not specifically described
Ability to physically be able to practice fixing equipment in order to understand and explain to customers for trouble shooting

Ability to perform data entry with careful attention to detail
Internet search skills and problem solving abilities
Computer experience is essential for this positions including MS Word, Excel, Outlooks, and utilizing the internet
Oracle/JD Edwards a plus
Will be required to pass a typing, data entry, call center etiquette, and Microsoft office testing
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred at least 2 years background in customer service or related field
Attendance is mandatory for training period from July 29th- September 30th
