Trilogy L.L.C., a national marketing and promotions agency, is currently accepting resumes from qualified candidates for a Market Manager in Ames, IA to manage and execute a promotional initiative.

A Market Manager has to be an enthusiastic, responsible, and organized individual who believes in the team concept and enjoys working with people in a promotional atmosphere. Market Managers possess integrity, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task. Potential candidates must be outgoing and self-sufficient.

The program will require a full-time commitment from the manager on the execution days as well as responsibilities leading up to and following those days.

Responsibilities include:
Recruiting and hiring of brand ambassadors within required guidelines
Coordinating & managing on-site execution of events with brand ambassador
Coordinating program collateral delivery (i.e. supplies, product, premiums, key influencer and media drops & consumer incentives)
Communicating daily with Trilogy HQ Account Team
Managing, documenting and reporting all program information back to Trilogy HQ based on templates provided and approved by the client. Includes consumer comments, photos, and distribution.
Troubleshooting, improvising and suggesting solutions for potential problems

Job Requirements include:
Must have at least two years of promotional management experience in field promotions and staffing
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from location
Must currently reside in the Ames area
