We are currently seeking an administrative support professional for our busy location in Plymouth Meeting.

In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Product Development and perform a wide range of administrative, clerical and secretarial duties to support small but dynamic department responsible for the design and development of new products.

Responsibilities include:
- Answer and screen phone calls and relay messages
- Calendar Management - Travel Arrangements and meeting coordination
- Create reports, charts, and graphs.
- Maintaining confidential records and reports
- Provide general support to customers

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail is crucial
