Real Estate Marketing & Administrative Associate

Top producing Huntingdon Valley real estate agent has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant with very good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, pleasant telephone voice and a neat appearance. The Marketing & Administrative Associate is responsible for developing and implementing marketing materials & initiatives as well as running day-to-day operations. The applicant must possess a strong work ethic, be comfortable working with in a fast paced environment and either come from a real estate background or desire to learn the business from one of the areas top real estate agents.

Essential Job Functions:

Design & Development of marketing materials: brochures, postcards, websites, online
advertising, open house ads, etc.
Provide web support for various websites
Design and implement client marketing initiatives

Schedules showings/appointments
Follow up with showing agents for feedback from property showings
Stay in contact with current clients and provides them with regular updates
Assists team members in anyway possible
Prepare Comparative Market Analysis
Administrative duties such as data entry
Answer phone calls and assist with clients
Assist with open houses, networking events, etc

Job Requirements:
1-3 years office administration experience
Real Estate license & office experience a plus but not required
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
Strong customer service skills a must
Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be highly organized, personable and detail oriented
A reliable car for frequent local travel
