Position: F/T Office Manager for Concrete Construction Company

Location: Sterling, off 606, near Dulles Airport

Hours: 8:00 AM -- 4:00 PM, M-F

Ideal Candidate Skills:
-Multitasking and problem-solving
-Strong communication (Phone, in-person, email, and text)
-Computer (email, google search, mapquest, MS Word, XL)
-Cellphone (text -- individual & group, share contacts, GPS)
-Prompt, punctual, with reliable transporation

Not required, but preferred skills
-QuickBooks
-Bi-lingual (English, Spanish)
-Familiarity with construction, especially concrete

Duties:
-Answering phones (directing calls, taking messages, call-screening, etc.)
-Ordering materials
-Monitoring jobs (quotes, contracts, schedules, invoices, etc.)
-Processing new employees, and time-sheets for existing staff
-Sorting Mail
-Light but accurate typing

Starting Date: ASAP

Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
