Job Description

Busy, high-energy, high-end, high-tech business suite for successful entrepreneurs looking for smart, savvy, entry-level Community Manager I. Great position for recent college grad looking for exposure to growing businesses.

Do you have:

Exceptional communication and customer service skills?

A positive, pleasant and professional demeanor and phone manner?

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision?

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite?

An entrepreneurial spirit?

The ability to manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system?

Core Competencies:

Demonstrate a positive, hospitable, pleasant and professional demeanor in person and over the phone

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision

Ability to operate office equipment and technology such as computers, printers, scanner & support software, telephones, facsimile machines, postage machines and copier

Possesses exceptional customer service skills

Effectively manages incoming calls on a multi-line phone system

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred.

Minimum 6 months experience in an office environment in a similar position.
