Immediate opportunity for an experienced Service Writer. Full time position with a competitive salary. Compensation based on experience. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays & health plan.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor required, Valid driver's license and clean driving record, Excellent customer service skills. We're looking for a motivated and self-starter type of individual. Knowledge of Mitchel 1 software is a plus (but not required).
Service writer duties:
Maintain customer service records by Entering repair orders into service database system and prepare repair orders by describing issues, problems. Calculate customer's payment. Develops estimates by estimating materials, supplies, and labor. Listen to customers describe car problems/symptoms, checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Conduct inspections. Take test drives.

YOU WILL NEED THE MAJORITY OF THESE SKILL SETS TO QUALIFY:
Successful Automotive Service Advisor experience PREFERRED!
High Customer Satisfaction Rating a PLUS!
Ability to handle customers promptly and efficiently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong selling and people skills
Valid driver's license and clean background REQUIRED!
Import experience a PLUS!
Passion to lead a team of advisors by example to achieve high standards
Desire to interact with people
Proven follow-up skills a REAL PLUS!
