To be considered for the position of Inside Sales, an individual must meet or have clearly demonstrated their ability for consideration by achieving the following:

*Possess excellent customer service skills.
*Maintain and grow professional relationships.
*Have proficient math and numerical skills.
*Have good verbal and written communication skills.
*Have knowledge of our product line, application and uses. (trainable) Must be detailed oriented, accurate and organized.
*Have experience with inside sales and computer interface.
*Must take initiative, willingness to learn and continue to grow individually and with a team.
*Proficient in Excel

The responsibilities of the Inside Sales person are but not limited to the following:
Counter Sales and Customer Sales

*Demonstrate the 100% Customer Satisfaction attitude.
*Greet customers immediately upon walking through the door.
*Provide answers to any customer inquiries.
*Phone Calls and Walk-In/Will Call Customers come FIRST! When there are more than a couple of customers waiting for assistance, anyone with the ability to help customers must stop and help.
*Be courteous and prompt in your service.
*Understand Customer Needs, get to know their company and what their supply needs are and how they are used and what we can offer to help them on their job. Show interest, understanding and listen to them.
*Prepare Sales Tickets and direct customer for loading, offer assistance for in-store items.
* Open and Closing of Cash Sale Drawer
*Assist other team members of any department when needed.
*Assists in scheduled physical inventory.
*Clerical/Data Entry
*Asst. Purchasing/Receiving

***Bilingual a Plus
