As a leasing consultant, you will work with both the internal office team and residents to ensure that all resident questions and concerns are handled in a timely manner, residents are satisfied, and the property is operating at maximum efficiency.
Other responsibilities of the Leasing role include:
Providing excellent customer service by resolving all resident questions/concerns
Administrative tasks including reception, paperwork, and filing
Greeting prospective residents, touring properties
Perform other duties as assigned by your management team
Who we're looking for
The best fit for this job is someone who:
Has a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Has previous customer service, administrative, and sales experience
Has good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Possesses excellent communication skills
Cares about helping their residents
Has the ability to multitask well
Can adapt to a flexible schedule
Is positive and can handle stress
Can maintain the highest level of confidentiality, in compliance with Company policy and applicable law and regulations
