The ideal candidate will be engaging with customers, solution/result - oriented, timely, and adaptive. Ultimately we are looking for someone who gets the "big picture," someone who performs day-to-day tasks with a constant awareness of long-term goals.

Duties/Expectations:
Customer Service - be it phone inquiries, walk-ins, or web presence, it is absolutely crucial that we are responsive and friendly at all times.

Organization - Any office that runs smoothly and seamlessly with multiple people in it needs to have a system. Making sure everything is in order will be crucial.

Sales - Although you won't have to ever make cold calls, converting inquiries is important, and if you can contribute, it will never go unnoticed.

Flexibility -- We are a young company who has seen outstanding growth in the last year. Adapting to the growth and the ever-changing scope of business will be necessary. If a process isn't working then find a new way of doing things. Innovation isn't just encouraged, it is expected.

Light Bookkeeping - You won't be expected to be a CPA, we've got one. We need to just keep track of things day to day.

Requirements:
In our experience, finding the right candidate isn't necessarily the candidate with the most experience but one who can think quickly and has initiative.

Warm and friendly attitude with customers
Good with numbers/Bottom-line savvy
Timely
Some office experience is preferable and some college is preferable.
