CSR position Office Manager

We currently have an opening in our collision center for a front office manager with a great attitude and a willingness to grow into a position through ongoing training and continuous improvement.

This is a fast paced business and will require good time use skills as well as good computer skills. Office and quick books and our shop management system will be used daily. Pay will increase with the addition of more responsibilities.

Accounting will handle most of book keeping at first, until sufficient training time has been met. Then, book keeping responsibilities will be added back to this position upon successful completion of training.

A good candidate needs to be able to adapt to our processes, and in time, be able to make improvements to our systems, in a LEAN process driven environment.
